Tax Preparation Services

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate tax preparation services. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your tax service.

  • Payment: Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice for tax preparation services. Invoices will detail all services rendered and the final amount payable.

  • Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your tax preparation services, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, if the tax bill has already been generated and work on your tax return has commenced, you will be responsible for the full payment of the services as outlined in your invoice. No refunds will be issued for tax preparation services once work has begun.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services

  • Billing: Our monthly bookkeeping services are billed at a flat rate each month. The rate will be specified in your service agreement.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for monthly bookkeeping services. Services are billed for the month in which they are provided, reflecting the ongoing nature of the work.

  • Contract Terms: Bookkeeping services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Any long-term commitments or alterations to the standard month-to-month arrangement will be clearly outlined in your personalized service agreement.
